Birth/Rebirth 2023 Full Horror Film Review

Birth/Rebirth is a horror thriller movie for me. It had interesting characters, questionable choices, and the like, but it also kept you informed. And believe me, the actions of the two main characters, played by Marin Ireland and Judy Reyes, are getting stranger and stranger. Try to avoid hearing too much about this movie beforehand and let it surprise you. The story is inspired by Frankenstein and that’s really all you need to know. Well, that and the fact that it’s amazing! Watch online Birth/Rebirth 2023 full movie on Myflixer without spend any money at home in HD quality.

Birth/Rebirth

A modern and realistic version of Frankenstein

Well, when I call Birth/Rebirth a “realistic version of Frankenstein,” I’m not saying that I think it can happen. However, I am sure we can all admit that we now live in a world where a person can die and come back to life. So far, so good.

Now let’s imagine that a doctor wants to treat death in a more permanent way. Not just to rescue someone from drowning or any other sudden accident or incident. No, in this movie the doctor says directly that she wants to cure death. Whether her death is due to illness or an accident, she struggles to overcome death in a very scientific way.

And, strange as it may seem, she seems to be on the right track in this endeavor. The way she does all this seems very realistic to me. Trial and error, like when Will Smith’s character in I Am Legend keeps trying to find a cure. It is possible that this film will appeal more to female audiences. Once again, the film was inspired by Frankenstein, which also came from genre writer Mary Shelley. However, it is a very scary movie overall.

Interestingly, writer-director Laura Moss and co-writer Brendan J. O’Brien combine their investigation of fear of mortality, maternal grief, and serious medical procedures with moments of dark humor, creating fuller characters and a story in which that moments of humor highlight its most grotesque aspects.

Rose’s emotionally detached and matter-of-fact approach to her increasingly abusive actions yields some awkward laughs, as the pair do their best to keep Leela alive, but also somehow manage to capture the mundane of daily life. . the requirements. This results in some unusual shopping lists and tasks. Birth/Rebirth provides some food for thought and is also a showcase for two dynamic lead performances that bring to life a spooky little story that delves into the psyche as deeply as Rose bites into the dead human body.

Chananun Chotrungroj’s cinematography aims for a muted and dark color palette, underlining the ambiguity of morality and giving a gothic atmosphere to the process. It is backed by a wonderful score by Ariel Marx.
